Tianma Automobile Group Co., Ltd with total assets 380 million RMB, and a staff of 1100, including 120 intermediate and high level engineers and technicians, was established on the basis of No. 9506 Military Plant of the Chinese People’s Liberation Army with 25 years’ automobile production history.
Tianma Group began to export since year 2000, its overseas business has seen great progressed. Every year, Tianma Group exports about 6000 units’ automobiles to more than 20 countries and regions such as Middle East, Africa, Central and South America, Russia and other former U.S.S.R countries. Now the Group is developing into an export-oriented enterprise. Tianma Group has passed the ISO9001 standard quality control managing system and its product have got Chinese Compulsory Certificate, Russian Compulsory Certificate for vehicle and GCC Certificate.
The Group is located at Dingxing Economic and Technological Development Zone, Baoding City, Hebei Province, near the 107 National Highway. It covers an area of 550 acre and building up area of 200,000 square meters. The Group has four processes of stamping, welding, painting and final assembly line , as well as test and detection measures. The yearly production capacity is 100000 units including light pickups, SUVs and heavy-duty trucks which all have passed China government 3C certification.
The Group does not only practice modernized enterprise management system but also carry out the General Manager Responsibility System under the leadership of board of directors in terms of operation management, which make the Group have a clear property rights and rational corporate governance structure.
